Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees the day-to-day implementation of the study.

Organize and monitor data collection and data entry (using REDCap and EMR systems).

Serves as the liaison between funder, principal investigators, ethics committees (MREC, NMRR), and data custodians (UMMC, MySejahtera).
-
Prepare study-related documents.
(example: ethics amendments, progress report, consent forms) -
Assists in drafting project reports, publications, and presentation materials for investigators and stakeholders.

Record the materials and equipment used for study (example: tablet, phone).
-
Monitors the project budget and ensures procurement and expenditures align with funding guidelines.
Experience and Qualifications
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
-
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Health Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or equivalent
-
CGPA ≥ 3.00
-
Good Malay and English proficiency (written & spoken)
-
Experienced/Willing to learn the REDCap system
-
Strong interest in clinical research and healthcare utilisation
-
Proactive, committed & well-organized
-
Great teamwork and communication skills
