• Conduct research as per the study protocol and ensure compliance with

human subjects’ regulations as defined by the University of Malaya and NIH

Malaysia.

• Develop research tools and procedures, including forms and questionnaires.

• Perform data entry, management, and randomization using REDCap.

• Recruit participants and manage study-related activities including qualitative

data collection (i.e., focus group discussion, individual interviews).

• Communicate effectively and work independently.

• Knowledge and experience in conducting randomized controlled trials and

qualitative research are a plus, but not a prerequisite.
