The University of Malaya is partnering with Yale University to train doctoral students in the new and exciting field of Implementation Science, with a focus on HIV
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
After completing three successful years, MIST steps into year 4. We are looking for two UM doctoral candidates to be involved in a hybrid education model with distance-based learning, one semester at Yale University along with additional coursework and research to be conducted in Malaysia. At the end of the training and research, candidates will be poised to apply for a mentored training award to fund their research over the next five years.
WHAT ARE THE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS?
Applicants must have completed a minimum of a Master degree in Public Health or other related field, be proficient in English and have competitive grades and scores
in TOEFL/IELTS. Doctoral candidates will be partnered with both University of Malaya and Yale faculty to conduct implementation science in HIV and will receive a research stipend to complete their research.
