We are looking for participants for a 2nd line study who are failing their 1st line Antiretroviral treatment
Who can join?
- Hiv-1+
- Above 18 Years Old
- Failed 1st line antiretroviral treatment (ART) with either Efavirenz(EFV) or Nevarapine(NVP)
- Must be on EFV or NVP for at least 6 months
- Viral Load> 500copies/ml
- Able to give a consent

Who can join?
- Free 2nd line ART for 3 years
- Free blood tests for 2 years while in study
