Who can join?

1. Hiv-1+
2. Above 18 Years Old
3. Failed 1st line antiretroviral treatment (ART) with either Efavirenz(EFV) or Nevarapine(NVP)
4. Must be on EFV or NVP for at least 6 months
5. Viral Load> 500copies/ml
6. Able to give a consent

Who can join?

1. Free 2nd line ART for 3 years
2. Free blood tests for 2 years while in study
